• Black History Month Celebration was a huge success. I would like to thank all students, teachers, and parents for their support. Special thanks go to Mrs. Walker! • Mock FSAs started today. Here is the schedule for the rest of the week; Tuesday, 3rd -8th ELA/Reading (Section 2) Wednesday, 3rd-8th Math and Algebra-1 (Section 1) Thursday, 3rd-8th Math and Algebra-1 (Section 2) Friday,4th- 6th Writing and Makeups Some parents wanted to know if the real FSAs are mandatory. Yes, it is mandatory. The admin team will have a testing training on Friday and we are hoping to receive some details of the testing and answers to your questions. Please bear with us!


• Saturday Academy will be in session this weekend only for elementary. Middle School sessions will not be available due to Science Olympiad Competition.


• There will be Kindergarten Round-up event this coming Thursday at 5.30pm. This is for the prospective parents of kindergarten students. Please spread the word to your families and friends who might be interested. • BMSS comprehensive Skills Building Spring Camp is around the corner. The camp is to help your child prepare for the upcoming Florida Standards Assessments (FSA). Last year’s program was cancelled due to pandemic. We are excited to extend this amazing opportunity to your child this year and are planning a resounding success with many participating students increasing their exam performance scores. Spring Camp is scheduled to March 22-26 from 8am to 2pm. In order for us to plan accordingly and determine which grade levels to serve, please register your child by Friday, March 12th.
