- Obscene language
- Drug and alcohol use
- Disparaging comments
- Prejudice or bigotry
- Sexual innuendo
- Cheating
- Testing violations
- Physical aggression
- Accept or offer favors

Failure to report misconduct may result in penalties up to termination of employment and revocation of an educator’s certificate
