After-School Clubs Program
We are excited to share our After-School Clubs Program!
Our clubs provide students with opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills, build friendships, and learn beyond the traditional classroom.
Registration Information
Parents interested in enrolling their children should complete the after-school club registration process.

Registration Opens:
Friday, October 23, 2026, at 8:00 AM
Registration Closes:
Monday, October 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM
Please make sure to complete the registration form within the designated time frame. Late submissions may not be accepted.
Important: After-School Club Registration
- First come, first served: Space in each club is limited, so we encourage families to register as soon as registration opens.
- Select three club options: Your first choice is not guaranteed. Please select three options, as this will help us place your child in a club that has available space.
- Club cancellations: If a club does not receive enough enrollment, it may be canceled. Students registered for that club will be placed in one of their other selected options, depending on availability.
- Registration is mandatory: Students may not attend any club unless they have been officially registered and placed in that club.
BMSS will make every effort to place each student in at least one club. However, placement will depend on availability, grade-level eligibility, and the number of registrations received for each club.
Club Expenses and Donations
This school year, there will be no fee to participate in our after-school clubs! However, we kindly encourage parents to consider making a voluntary donation of $20 per child to help cover club-related expenses and supplies.
It can be paid by cash or card at the front office. Your generosity and support are greatly appreciated and will help us continue providing engaging and enriching activities for our students.

Meeting Times: Most clubs meet from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM. MathCON and HeroClix Club end at 4:00 PM.

Soccer Club

Description: Students will stretch, complete warm-ups, practice soccer drills, and enjoy playing soccer! This club encourages physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Handwriting & Cursive Club

Grades: 2–4

Description: Students will participate in engaging activities designed to improve handwriting and introduce cursive writing while building confidence and developing their writing skills.
Zumba Club

Description: Get ready to dance! Students will enjoy upbeat music, learn simple dance movements, and stay active while building confidence, coordination, and physical fitness.
Yoga Club

Description: Students will stretch, breathe, and relax while learning simple yoga poses and mindfulness techniques. Activities help develop flexibility, balance, coordination, and focus.
MathCON Club

Description: MathCON offers students opportunities to strengthen their mathematical skills through educational resources, enrichment activities, and mathematics competitions. Students will challenge themselves and develop confidence in problem-solving.
Science & Experiment Club

Description: Get ready to mix, build, create, and experiment! Students will participate in exciting hands-on science activities, including making slime, creating erupting volcanoes, completing STEM challenges, and testing their own designs. Come ready to explore, get creative, and have fun with science!
Dolphin Math Masters

Description: This enrichment club is designed for students who enjoy mathematics and want to explore beyond the traditional classroom. Activities include math games, puzzles, competitions, real-world challenges, STEM activities, and collaborative problem-solving.
HeroClix Club

Grades: 7–8
Time: 3:00–4:00 PM
Description: Students will develop reading comprehension, memory, basic math, and critical-thinking skills through strategic gameplay. The club also promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, planning, and decision-making.
Interior Design & Architecture Club

Grades: 5–8

Description: Students will explore architecture and interior design through technical drawing, shapes, forms, architectural styles, color theory, and spatial awareness. Creative projects will help students develop drawing skills and learn how design elements work together.
NeuroART Club

Description: NeuroART gives students a supportive space to express themselves through guided drawing and creative activities. Students will explore their creativity while developing focus, confidence, fine motor skills, and emotional self-expression.
Math Board Game Club — Elementary

Grades: 3–4

Description: Students will practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and problem-solving through fun and interactive math board games. Activities encourage concentration, quick thinking, decision-making, and a positive attitude toward mathematics.
Math Board Game Club — Middle School

Description: Middle school students will strengthen their math skills through engaging board games that incorporate arithmetic, fractions, and problem-solving. Students will develop logical thinking, concentration, teamwork, and decision-making skills while having fun.
LEGO Club

Description: Build, create, and imagine! Students will explore their creativity through LEGO building challenges and original creations. This hands-on club encourages imagination, problem-solving, teamwork, and fine motor development.
Computer & Technology Club

Description: Students will explore the digital world in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Whether they are beginners or already interested in technology, students will have opportunities to develop creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
NOTE: Please ensure that your child is picked up promptly at the designated dismissal time for their club. Timely pickup is important for the safety of our students and to ensure that our after-school program runs smoothly.
