Good Afternoon BMSS Families!

This is Principal Gunes with your weekly updates and announcements.

• Second i-Ready Diagnostic test results have been analyzed. There is growth overall. Data chats will continue and necessary support will be provided. Make sure your child completes the test if she/he has not done yet.

• Tomorrow, January 12th, is Early Release day. Dismissal and after school care start at 12.30.

• Tutoring sessions (ELA and MATH) are starting this Wednesday. Priority will be those who are in need.

• Second quarter Report Cards will go out this Friday

• It is Dress Down Day this Friday.

• Saturday Academy will be in session this weekend

• No school on Monday, January 18th. (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)

• There will be an Award Ceremony on Wednesday, January 20th. Details are to come.

• Mark your calendar January 29th @ 1.30 for Poetry Slam event.
