Prom and Graduation

Greetings and salutations BMSS family, staff and students. This article will be bitter -sweet as we say our final goodbyes to our 2021 8th grade graduates and the close of the 2020-2021 school year. On June 5th, 2021 we celebrated our graduates in Kindergarten, Fifth & Eighth grade classes.

It was awesome to see our students perform and walk up in front of their parents, family and friends and take their diploma's. A luxury we did not have last year due to the beginning of the pandemic. We had the honor and pleasure of being visited by Margate's very own Major Arlene Schwartz. Her wonderful words of encouragement will forever echo in the hallways of BMSS!

Finally, we ended the day with music, food, dancing, fun and laughter. As our 5th grade and middle school students went to prom. It was a night to remember! This Masquerade Ball was one for the books, as students came dressed to impress.

A special Congrats to the winners of the Royal Court. 8th Grade Prom King and Queen is Geovanny Quezada and Janae Roberts, 7th grade Prince and Princess Kamren Ferrero and Cekala Mcall, 6th Grade Prince and Princess Jeremiah Garret and Jalyn Archer and last but not least, 5th grade prom King and Queen is Azell Ortiz and Adriana Murray. They surely took the crown.

Until we meet again BMSS family, Have a safe and enjoyable summer!
